Before writing a college research paper sample, you need to be aware of the specific requirements involved with any research paper sample. In this article, we will look at these requirements and get you ready to write the perfect essay and score those great marks.
Margins - All margins should be 1 inch from the top, bottom, left and right.
Font size and type - 12pt in Times new roman

The body of your research paper sample should start on page 3 and be flush left throughout the work with an indentation of 5 spaces for the first line of each paragraph.
APA citation presents the author(s) and the date of publication and places them in the text of the body.
The reference section provides the author(s) name, year of publication, the title of source material. If gathered from the internet then its electronic retrieval information is also shown.
Unpublished test and complex equipment descriptions are placed in the section.

Tables are used to present quantitive data or statistical results whereas figures are any other type of diagram or illustration that present constant and changing variables through showing trends and comparing results.
